The Model is placed in front of the scanner. Multiple scans are made from all angles in order to capture the object's detail and geometry.

A separate point cloud is generated from each scan, scan data is processed resulting in a wireframe mesh.

Multiple wireframes are analyzed and glued together creating a cohesive model. Next, surface texture maps are joined and blended, eliminating seams. Models are then further processed to eliminate statistical noise and reduce excessive polygons.

Shaded views help visualization before rendering

Material attributes, such as speculariy and color are saved with the object file for importing into 3D application for rendering and simulation
